Expands religious exemption protections to include influenza A or B vaccination, flu vaccination, and any vaccination authorized by the FDA for emergency use only, in addition to COVID-19 vaccination.

Prohibits employers from discriminating against employees based on vaccination status regarding employment, wages, or benefits.

Requires employers to allow employees to request religious exemptions using a standardized form that includes employee information, a statement of sincerely held religious beliefs, and the requested accommodation.

Mandates employers keep religious exemption requests and their contents confidential, sharing only as necessary to process the request or for operational necessity.

Defines "sincerely held religious beliefs, practices or observances" to include sincerely held moral or ethical beliefs, and removes the "more than de minimus cost" standard when determining undue hardship.
