Allows candidates for statewide and legislative offices to collect up to 125% of required nomination petition signatures and contribution qualification forms through secure online system through 2024; beginning in 2025, limit increases to 125% of required amounts.

Extends online signature collection for municipal, county, precinct committeeman, and federal office candidates, with collection limits of 100% through 2024 and 125% beginning in 2025.

Modifies signature cure period for mail-in ballots to allow corrections through the fifth business day after federal elections and third business day after other elections in 2024-2026.

Requires county recorders and city/town clerk offices to maintain extended hours (minimum 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.) during regular business hours on weekends before and after federal elections for signature curing.

Validates nomination petitions and initiative petitions collected with the former August 6, 2024 primary election date, allowing submission for the rescheduled July 30, 2024 primary election without rejection based solely on date discrepancy.
