Caps out-of-pocket costs for prescription insulin at $35 per 30-day supply across all health insurance types (medical service corporations, hospital service corporations, health care services organizations, disability insurers, blanket disability insurers, and accountable health plans).

Applies the $35 insulin cap regardless of the amount or type of insulin required to fill a prescription.

Allows insurers to continue imposing deductibles, coinsurance, and other cost-sharing measures for diabetes equipment and supplies, with the insulin cap as the sole exception.

Defines "prescription insulin drug" as any prescription medication containing insulin prescribed by a health care professional to treat diabetes.

Amends six sections of Arizona Revised Statutes (20-826, 20-1057, 20-1342, 20-1402, 20-1404, and 20-2325) to uniformly implement the insulin cost cap across all health insurance coverage types.
