Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 33-1315 to prohibit landlords from restricting specific dog breeds or types of dogs if they allow tenants to house dogs on the rental premises.

Maintains existing prohibitions on unenforceable rental agreement provisions, including waivers of tenant rights, exculpation of landlord liability, and penalties for summoning emergency assistance.

Provides that prohibited rental agreement provisions are unenforceable, and tenants may recover actual damages plus up to two months' periodic rent if a landlord deliberately uses a rental agreement with known prohibited provisions.

Does not limit landlord rights to evict tenants under existing eviction statutes.
