Establishes a governor's mansion study committee consisting of nine members: three House representatives (two majority party, one minority party appointed by governor), three Senate members (two majority party, one minority party appointed by governor), and three public members appointed by Senate president, House speaker, and governor.

Designates one House member and one Senate member as cochairpersons of the committee, with the House cochairperson designated by the Speaker and the Senate cochairperson designated by the Senate president.

Committee shall meet as needed and explore the possibility of building a governor's mansion in Arizona.

Requires the committee to submit a report on its activities and recommendations to the governor, Senate president, and House speaker by December 1, 2024, with a copy provided to the secretary of state.

Committee automatically repeals on September 30, 2025.
