AZ SB1471

Requires the State Bar of Arizona and the Arizona Supreme Court to dismiss all complaints against attorneys without comment or investigation if the complainant lacks an attorney-client relationship with the attorney or a substantial connection to the alleged violation.

Applies only when the complaint alleges violation of professional conduct rules or conduct warranting discipline, but the complainant does not have direct legal representation by or substantial nexus to the attorney.

Adds section 12-119.06 to Title 12, Chapter 1, Article 1 of the Arizona Revised Statutes.
