Prohibits the state, Arizona Board of Regents universities, community colleges, and local political subdivisions (counties, cities, towns) from using public monies to promote, support, or maintain diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.

Prohibits the listed entities from using public monies to engage in political or social activism.

Applies to all public funds controlled by state agencies, higher education institutions, and local governments in Arizona.
