Establishes mandatory warrant issuance for defendants on probation from felony convictions who are charged with additional felony offenses committed during their probationary term, upon request of the state or probation officer.

Prohibits release on bail for persons accused of committing felony offenses while on probation for felony convictions if the court finds reasonable probability it will impose imprisonment upon finding a probation violation, though persons are entitled to a bail eligibility hearing under Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure.

Reorganizes probation code sections by renumbering subsections in section 13-901 to accommodate new provisions regarding mandatory warrant issuance and bail restrictions for felony probationers.

Makes technical corrections to sections 13-903, 13-917, and 13-924 regarding probation period calculation, modification of supervision, and earned time credit references to reflect the reorganized subsection numbering.
