Amends section 36-2981 of Arizona Revised Statutes to modify the definition of "member" in the children's health insurance program.

Changes income eligibility requirements for children under 19 years old: increases from 200% of federal poverty level to 225% through September 30, 2024.

Beginning October 1, 2024 and for each fiscal year thereafter, increases income eligibility threshold to 250% of the federal poverty level, subject to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services approval.

Maintains existing definitions for administration, contractor, health plan, physician, and other program-related terms.
