Prohibits public schools from shaming, treating differently, or serving different meals to students with unpaid school meal fees compared to students without unpaid fees.

Allows schools to serve alternative meals only when required for documented dietary or religious reasons.

Prevents school personnel and volunteers from taking disciplinary action that denies or delays meals meeting state nutrition standards during the instructional day.

Applies to meals that meet nutrition standards prescribed in Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-242.
