Amends Arizona law governing online instruction programs by requiring online course providers and online schools to submit annual reports to the Department of Education containing specific data on student enrollment, course completion, and testing results.

Requires reported data to include total courses taken and completed, students who did not complete any course, enrollment and completion of end-of-course testing, pass rates for English language arts and mathematics exams, and average course completion rates for full-time and part-time students.

Mandates the Department of Education compile annual reports and submit them to the Governor, Speaker of the House, and President of the Senate by November 15 each year.

Updates terminology throughout the statute from "pupil" to "student" and modernizes language references such as changing "e-mail" to "email".

Maintains existing provisions regarding probationary status for new online schools, daily attendance logs, funding formulas (95% for full-time, 85% for part-time students), and academic integrity requirements including proctored state assessments.
