Amends section 36-425.01 of the Arizona Revised Statutes regarding home health agency licensure and definition.

Changes the language in subsection B(3) from "Meets" to "All department licensure requirements" to clarify that home health agencies must meet all department requirements (technical correction).

Maintains the department's authority to license home health agencies with a licensure period not exceeding two years.

Allows the department to issue licenses to Medicare-certified home health agencies with at least one year of prior state licensure without requiring a state licensure survey.

Retains the department's full authority to oversee licensed home health agencies and ensure compliance with licensure requirements.
