Information may be provided verbally or by referencing a gun safety pamphlet to be posted on the Arizona Department of Health Services website.

Requires the Department of Health Services to prepare and post a gun safety pamphlet by January 1, 2025, containing information about gun storage, safety measures, and risks to children in homes with firearms.

Department shall update the pamphlet as necessary and maintain it on the department's website.

Legislative findings establish that firearms are a leading cause of unintentional injury deaths among children and adolescents, with over half occurring in the child's own home.
