Authorizes placement of a Rotary International peace pole monument in the governmental mall area to promote peace around the world.

Monument establishment follows procedures outlined in Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1363.

Prohibits use of public monies for monument costs; all fundraising and contracts for design and construction are the sole responsibility of private proponents.

State is prohibited from facilitating fundraising or establishing a state fund for monument donations.

Statute repeals on September 30, 2027.
