Prohibits creating, allowing creation of, or disclosing images of hard drives of electronic voting system components without express permission from the officer in charge of elections.

Requires election officers to store electronic voting system components in locations with key card access control and maintain entry logs as official election records for 24 months, excluding components deployed at voting locations.

Mandates video monitoring of all electronic voting system components using continuous recording or motion-detection recording at one frame per minute, with video recordings retained as official election records for 24 months after capture.

Makes it unlawful for any person to access, tamper with, or facilitate unauthorized access to electronic voting systems, electromechanical voting equipment, or election results reporting systems without authorization from the election officer.

Prohibits knowingly publishing passwords or confidential information relating to electronic voting systems and requires immediate revocation of authorized access rights for violators; violation is classified as a class 1 misdemeanor.
