Makes it unlawful to threaten, coerce, or intimidate election officials verbally, in writing, or in person with intent to impede their duties or retaliate against them for performing their duties.

Prohibits knowingly making threats of force, coercion, violence, restraint, damage, harm, loss of employment, or economic reprisal against election officials to influence their performance of duties.

Prohibits intentionally and physically obstructing election officials from accessing or leaving voting locations, counting centers, elections offices, or other election facilities.

Allows individuals to file civil actions for injunctive relief or damages; plaintiffs need only show the action would cause a reasonable person to feel intimidated, not prove intent to intimidate.

Classifies violations as a class 1 misdemeanor; defines "election official" as any individual assigned by the state or political subdivision to perform official election-related duties.
