Repeals section 41-194.01, Arizona Revised Statutes, which authorized the attorney general to notify the state treasurer to withhold shared revenues from counties, cities, or towns that violate state law or the Arizona Constitution.

Removes provisions from sections 42-5029 and 43-206 that allowed the state treasurer to withhold transaction privilege tax distributions and urban revenue sharing fund payments to local governments upon notice from the attorney general of violations, and to redistribute those withheld funds to other municipalities.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language in sections 42-5029 and 43-206, including grammar and formatting changes.

Effective for section 42-5029 amendments related to the 2023 law on December 31, 2024.
