Requires county boards of supervisors to designate at least one polling place or voting center on the main campus of each state university in the county.

Mandates at least one early ballot drop box at each state university satellite location, community college campus, and community college satellite location in the county.

Renumbers existing subsections of Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-411 to accommodate the new university and community college voting requirements.

Maintains existing provisions regarding polling place designation timelines, voting centers, emergency voting centers, and electioneering restrictions outside polling places.
