Limits corporations, limited liability companies, and their affiliates to purchasing a maximum of 100 single-family residences per calendar year in Arizona.

Requires corporate and LLC buyers of single-family residences to register with the Securities Division of the Corporation Commission and obtain a certificate of registration before purchase.

Requires county recorders to verify that deed documents contain ownership information matching the entity's certificate of registration and that deeds clearly state the residence is not the owner's primary residence.

Exempts entities owning fewer than 10 single-family residences in the state from registration requirements, and exempts transfers of residences within a single entity and newly constructed homes from the 100-unit annual purchase limit.

Directs the Corporation Commission to establish and maintain a public registry of corporations and LLCs that purchase or own single-family residences in Arizona and to adopt rules implementing these provisions.
