Repeals Arizona Revised Statutes Section 23-1302, which protected employees' right to work without union membership.

Changes the article heading in Title 23, Chapter 8, Article 1 from "RIGHT TO WORK" to "GENERAL PROVISIONS."

Removes protections against retaliation for exercising free choice regarding labor organization nonmembership from the list of prohibited grounds for employment termination.

Amends Section 23-1501 to renumber subsequent retaliation provisions after removal of the labor organization nonmembership protection.

Takes effect only if Arizona voters approve Senate Concurrent Resolution ____ at the next general election, which relates to right to work.
