Allows employees entitled to vote in Arizona primary or general elections to be absent from work on election day or during in-person early voting.

Guarantees employees up to three consecutive hours off work to vote at the beginning or end of their workshift if insufficient time exists between poll hours and their regular work schedule.

Prohibits employers from penalizing employees, reducing wages, or taking adverse action against workers for voting-related absences.

Requires employees to notify their employer of the voting absence before election day, and permits employers to specify which hours the employee may be absent.

Classifies violations by employers as a class 2 misdemeanor offense.
