Requires occupational regulating authorities under Arizona law to establish criteria for granting licenses, certificates, or registrations through apprenticeship programs.

Applicants must complete a U.S. Department of Labor-approved or Arizona Department of Economic Security-approved apprenticeship program at a state-licensed school or while training with a licensed professional in the same field.

If an examination is required for licensure, certification, or registration, applicants must pass it with a score that does not discriminate between apprenticeship program graduates and vocational or trade school graduates.

Allows occupational regulating authorities to adopt rules necessary to implement these apprenticeship requirements.
