Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-927 to establish separate campaign finance reporting requirements for statewide candidate committees versus other candidate committees.

Statewide candidate committees must file campaign finance reports during each calendar quarter within the 48-month period preceding the general election for their office.

Other candidate committees continue to file reports only during the four calendar quarters comprising the 12-month period preceding the general election.

All committees must file campaign finance reports until they are terminated.

Declared an emergency measure operative immediately upon passage; approved by the Governor on April 8, 2024.
