Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 8-807 regarding Department of Child Safety (DCS) information confidentiality and access.

Removes requirement that legislators sign a confidentiality form before reviewing DCS case files and removes restriction on discussing files with other legislators who have signed the form.

Maintains that DCS information disclosed to legislators cannot be further disclosed unless ordered by court, disclosed in public/court records, or disclosed during public meetings or court proceedings.

Retains all other provisions governing DCS information access by courts, agencies, law enforcement, researchers, and authorized persons for child safety and welfare purposes.
