Department shall develop and implement policies and procedures for random quarterly drug screening of group foster home employees in compliance with title 23, chapter 2, article 14.

Employees of group foster homes cannot have contact with children at the home until they complete an initial drug screening.

Department may conduct additional random drug screening of employees if involved in an accident or incident resulting in injury to a child at the group foster home.

Group foster homes must submit all random drug screening results to the department within 48 hours of receiving results.
