AZ SB1591

Amends Arizona's criminal damage statute to require a mandatory minimum fine of $100 for any criminal damage conviction, which cannot be suspended by a judge.

Establishes the Victims of Criminal Damage Fund to receive all fines imposed for criminal damage offenses under section 13-1602.

Authorizes the Administrative Office of the Courts to distribute funds to retail businesses that are victims of criminal damage and determined to be in need of funds unlikely to receive restitution.

Fund monies are continuously appropriated and do not require annual legislative appropriation.
