Amends section 41-3801 of Arizona Revised Statutes to require the independent oversight committee on persons with developmental disabilities to receive information regarding the use of electroconvulsive therapy on clients.

Adds electroconvulsive therapy to the list of incidents that the Division of Developmental Disabilities must report to independent oversight committees, alongside incidents such as abuse, neglect, medication errors, and death.

Requires the Division of Developmental Disabilities to allow independent oversight committees 30 days to review new policies and major policy changes related to electroconvulsive therapy before submitting them for public comment.
