Requires school districts and charter schools that employ officers on campuses to provide training on recognizing and effectively interacting with children with disabilities as defined in state law.

Applies to officers employed directly or indirectly through the school safety program under Arizona law.

Defines "officer" to include peace officers, certified reserve peace officers approved by the Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board, and juvenile probation officers.
