Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1805 to correct grammatical language by replacing "who" with "that" when referring to governmental employees and entities.

Maintains the criminal penalty of a class 5 felony for knowingly publishing, divulging, disclosing, or making known critical infrastructure information that is protected from disclosure.

Removes the cross-reference to section 41-1801 definition of critical infrastructure information from the statute text.

Applies to state and local governmental employees and any entity that submits or receives information under the critical infrastructure information article.
