Requires AHCCCS contracted housing program administrators to minimize duplicative paperwork and limit which contractors receive personal health information of members with serious mental illness, and prohibits sharing such information except as required by state or federal law.

Mandates AHCCCS develop processes to monitor contractor oversight of peer specialists and requires peer specialists to complete psychosis-specific training including anosognosia content beginning October 1, 2025.

Requires health care institutions discharging inpatient behavioral health patients designated with serious mental illness to provide a comprehensive list of all psychiatric, prescription, and over-the-counter medications to the patient and their outpatient care provider.

Directs AHCCCS to study implementation of a real-time automated survey for members with serious mental illness to collect feedback and identify quality of care issues, with a report due January 31, 2025.

Requires AHCCCS to establish discharge requirements and processes for serious mental illness members leaving inpatient psychiatric facilities to ensure continuity of care and medication verification against treatment plans.
