Amends Arizona law to require the state and each political subdivision to identify locations where frequent violations of aggressive solicitation laws occur and post signs notifying the public of penalties for violations.

Maintains existing prohibitions on aggressive solicitation including physical contact without consent, intimidating approaches or following, continuing after being asked to stop, obstructing passage, and using obscene or abusive language.

Prohibits solicitation within 15 feet of bank entrances, exits, or automated teller machines without permission from the bank or property owner.

Classifies violations of the aggressive solicitation statute as petty offenses.

Provides definitions for key terms including "automated teller machine," "bank," "public area," and "solicit."
