Administration shall develop and implement processes to monitor contractors' oversight of peer specialists to ensure they meet qualifications and receive required supervision.

Peer specialists must complete training developed by the administration that includes psychosis-specific content, including anosognosia.

Administration shall provide an annual report by November 1, 2024 and each November 1 thereafter to the Governor, president of the senate, and speaker of the house on peer specialist development, implementation, and outcomes in behavioral health services.
