Amends Section 36-1803 of Arizona Revised Statutes to expand the student nurse clinical rotation and licensed or certified nurse training program established in the Department of Health Services.

Adds nursing-supported group homes (as defined in section 36-401) to the list of eligible health care institutions that can participate in preceptor training programs for nursing assistants, licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, and advanced practice nurses.

Requires health care institutions applying for grants for licensed or certified nurse training programs to provide matching monies from non-state general fund sources.

Authorizes the administration to award multiyear grants based on geographic distribution, number of nurses to be trained and retained, and cost-effectiveness compared to other proposals.

Takes effect June 30, 2025.
