Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 32-2127 regarding real estate licensing requirements for brokers with multiple places of business.

Removes language allowing a designated broker's temporary designee to perform "any and all duties" and clarifies the designee may perform duties the designated broker "may legally perform."

Maintains existing restrictions that salespersons cannot be authorized to hire or sever licensees when acting as a temporary designee.

Requires a written designation for each temporary absence, with the original kept at the office for one year and copies attached to relevant department forms.
