Requires the corrections director's annual report to include facility lockdowns exceeding 24 hours, staff numbers, tenure, turnover, vacancies, compensation, inmate populations, inmate-to-staff ratios, and visit statistics.

Requires the corrections director's annual report to include inmate complaints and grievances submitted to the department, their resolutions through administrative remedies, and timeframes for resolution.

Makes minor technical corrections to section 41-1604 regarding grammatical language related to department duties and visitor background check fees.
