AZ SB1634

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1092.08 to prohibit judicial review of final administrative decisions made by nonhealth profession regulatory boards pursuant to chapter 33 of the state statutes.

Allows individuals regulated by nonhealth profession regulatory boards to accept an administrative law judge's decision as final, preventing further review by the agency head or board.

Removes the ability of parties to appeal final administrative decisions from nonhealth profession regulatory boards to superior court under title 12, chapter 7, article 6.

Directs the legislative council staff to prepare conforming legislation to the Arizona Revised Statutes reflecting these changes for consideration in the 57th Legislature's first regular session.
