Establishes the Arizona-Ireland trade commission within the Arizona Commerce Authority to promote trade and investment between Arizona and Ireland.

Commission membership consists of 9 members: two appointed by the Senate president, two by the House speaker, and five by the governor (including at least one from higher education, the CEO or designee, and at least two public members from Irish-American communities representing different political parties).

All initial appointments must be made by December 31, 2024, for four-year terms with vacancies filled using the same appointment process.

Commission may accept gifts, grants, donations, and other voluntary contributions to support its operations.

Commission duties include advancing bilateral trade and investment, initiating joint policy actions, promoting business and academic exchanges, and encouraging mutual economic and infrastructure investment between Arizona and Ireland.

Commission must submit annual reports to the governor, legislature president and speaker, and secretary of state by December 31, 2025 and each year thereafter.
