Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 19-121 regarding petition signature sheets and filing procedures for initiatives and referendums.

Allows proponents of local city, town, or county ballot measure petitions filed 30 days or less before the filing deadline to collect and file additional petition signatures in one single supplemental filing by the required deadline.

Maintains existing requirements for signature sheet format, organization by circulator, and local filing officer's authority to reject unorganized sheets for local ballot measure petitions.

Preserves 24-month circulation limit for initiative petitions and void status for petitions not filed by 5:00 p.m. on the constitutionally required date.
