Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 21-101 and 21-301 to expand the information collected on the master jury list and jury records.

Requires the master jury list to include dates of birth and, if available, telephone numbers and email addresses in addition to names and addresses of eligible jurors.

Requires the county recorder to provide jury commissioners with dates of birth and contact information when submitting voter registration lists for jury selection purposes.

Requires the Department of Transportation to furnish dates of birth and contact information when providing lists of licensed drivers for jury selection.

Maintains confidentiality protections by prohibiting jury commissioners and managers from disclosing information received from the Department of Transportation except for juror selection purposes.
