Requires workers' compensation coverage for firefighters and certified peace officers diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) by a licensed mental health professional with an accepted workers' compensation claim.

Allows workers' compensation coverage to include one complete course of midomafetamine treatment as prescribed by a psychiatrist if an independent medical examination deems it reasonable and necessary and it follows Industrial Commission treatment guidelines.

Midomafetamine must meet controlled substance requirements under Arizona law and must be FDA-approved for PTSD treatment in conjunction with therapy sessions.

Industrial Commission of Arizona shall submit annual cost reports to the joint legislative budget committee starting by January 1, 2026 regarding midomafetamine treatment costs for covered firefighters and peace officers.

Bill becomes effective only upon FDA approval of midomafetamine for PTSD treatment by December 31, 2025, with the Department of Health Services required to notify relevant agencies by February 2, 2026.
