Increases event wagering operator licenses issued to federally recognized Indian tribes from ten to twenty-two licenses, provided they have signed the most recent tribal-state gaming compact and applicable amendments.

Expands Indian tribe event wagering operations to include both retail event wagering within a five-block radius of a sports facility or sports complex and mobile event wagering statewide, rather than limiting them to mobile wagering only.

Allows Indian tribe event wagering facilities to be located in retail or commercial space on non-Indian lands as defined by the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act.

Clarifies that Indian tribe designees used to operate event wagering are subject to the same application requirements and licensing standards as other applicants.

Requires the Department of Gaming to immediately release confidential application materials to any member of the legislature upon written request.
