Removes the definition of "official league data" from Arizona's event wagering statutes, eliminating the requirement that event wagering operators use official data from sports governing bodies for tier two sports wagers.

Replaces references to "official league data" with "league data" throughout the statute, allowing event wagering operators to use data from any authorized provider rather than exclusively from official sports governing bodies.

Prohibits sports governing bodies and authorized league data providers from bundling sports data for purposes of event wagering.

Maintains the requirement that event wagering operators can only use non-official data if they demonstrate to the department that the governing body cannot provide official data on commercially reasonable terms.

Updates definitional numbering and cross-references in section 5-1301 to reflect the removal of the "official league data" definition.
