Amends section 5-605 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding the 2021 tribal gaming compact trust fund.

Changes language in subsection A from "with" to "that have" to clarify that beneficiary tribes include those with effective gaming compacts that include 2021 amendments and those that do not engage in gaming.

Maintains the trust fund's exclusive purposes of mitigating gaming impacts to Indian tribes and providing economic benefits to eligible tribes.

Preserves requirements that the Department of Gaming administer the trust fund as trustee and the State Treasurer hold monies separately and invest them as directed.

Requires annual reporting to the Governor, legislative leaders, and participating tribes by September 30 disclosing all monies deposited and disbursed from the trust fund during the prior fiscal year.
