Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 38-431.01 regarding public meetings and proceedings.

Allows members of public bodies to discuss matters raised during open call to the public periods.

Clarifies that members may not take legal action on matters raised during open call to the public unless those matters are properly noticed for discussion and legal action.

Requires public body members to review open meeting law materials at least one day before taking office.

Maintains existing requirements for minutes, recordings, seating, and website posting of meeting materials by cities and towns with populations over 2,500.
