Sets county acute care contribution amounts for fiscal year 2024-2025, ranging from $190,700 (Greenlee) to $15,145,900 (Maricopa), with provisions for state withholding if counties fail to pay.

Specifies disproportionate share hospital payments totaling $113,818,500 for Maricopa County Special Health Care District, $28,474,900 for Arizona State Hospital, and $884,800 for private qualifying hospitals in fiscal year 2024-2025.

Authorizes AHCCCS to use hospital assessment funds to cover behavioral health service costs for specified eligible populations in fiscal years 2024-2025 and 2025-2026, and requires a report on mental health medication utilization and spending by January 31, 2025.
