Recognizes the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) on its fiftieth anniversary in 2025.

NCSL was founded in 1975 through the merger of three organizations serving state legislatures and operates as a bipartisan organization.

Acknowledges NCSL's three primary objectives: advancing state legislature effectiveness, independence and integrity; fostering interstate communication and cooperation; and ensuring states have a strong voice in the federal system.

Commends NCSL's nearly fifty years of leadership in facilitating idea exchange, providing research and information, and strengthening bonds between state legislatures and the international community.

Unanimously adopted by both the Arizona Senate (January 17, 2024) and House (January 24, 2024).
