AZ SCR1009

Proposes an amendment to Arizona Constitution Article IX, Section 21 to modify the definition and treatment of local revenues for school district and community college district expenditure limitations.

Excludes proceeds from sale, lease, or rental of school property and revenues from additional state transaction privilege tax rate increments for educational purposes from local revenue calculations.

Changes language throughout the section from "prior to" to "before" for deadline references and from "which" to "that" for grammatical updates.

Requires the Secretary of State to submit this constitutional amendment to voters at the next general election.
