Prohibits public entities from spending public monies to promote or plan for reducing meat/dairy consumption, replacing animal-based protein with insect or synthetic protein, or reducing motor vehicle travel in favor of walking, biking, or public transit.

Bans public entity spending on climate-related activities including reducing greenhouse gas emissions, limiting global temperature increases, or adopting climate action plans.

Prohibits public funding for promoting shared or rented goods and services (circular economy), furthering Marxist ideologies including stakeholder capitalism, or implementing mass surveillance systems to monitor vehicle travel.

Allows the Department of Transportation to continue using cameras to monitor vehicle travel on state and interstate highways despite the surveillance prohibition.

Grants any qualified Arizona voter standing to sue public entities for violations, with courts empowered to award permanent injunctions and reasonable attorney fees and costs to prevailing plaintiffs.

Submits the measure to voters at the next general election as a referendum.
