Encourages the Arizona State Retirement System and Public Safety Personnel Retirement System to monitor developments in Bitcoin ETFs and other digital asset ETFs for potential portfolio inclusion.

Directs the retirement systems to consult with SEC-approved digital asset ETF firms and evaluate implications of including such assets in their investment portfolios.

Requires the retirement systems to submit a comprehensive report to the State Treasurer, Senate President, and House Speaker at least three months before the 57th Legislature's first regular session on the feasibility, risks, and benefits of investing state retirement funds in digital asset ETFs.

Report must include a list of digital asset investment options and recommendations for how Arizona can safely invest in the digital asset class.
