Allows recent graduates from regionally accredited institutions in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or addiction counseling to practice for 90 days without a license while applying for an associate level license, provided they have a valid fingerprint clearance card and work under qualified supervision.

Permits graduates to count direct client contact work experience obtained during the 90-day provisional period toward their licensure requirements for direct client contact hours.

Adds the board of behavioral health examiners to the list of agencies in Arizona Revised Statutes sections 41-619.51 and 41-1758 for fingerprinting requirements and background check purposes.

Updates section 41-1758.01 to include section 32-3271 in the list of statutes requiring fingerprint background checks conducted by the fingerprinting division.
